Ubuntu 22.04 - Backup port 10080 is not starting post installation

Backup Port (10080) is not starting upon installation of Ubuntu 22.04 client agent binaries.

Work Around: 

The user needs to restart the machine explicitly after installing the client binaries to get the port to initialize.
