    • Access the Services application on the Windows machine.

  3. Check for Zmanda Backup Controller Service:

    • Within the Services application, find the Zmanda Backup Controller Service.

  4. Restart the service:

    • Click the Restart button for the Zmanda Backup Controller Service. This action refreshes the service and addresses any issues that may have occurred during the aborted backup operation.
