Issue Symptoms
You (amandabackup) are not allowed to use this program (crontab).
Issue Description
The /etc/cron.allow does not include the amandabackup user.
Resolution
Edit the /etc/cron.allow to include the amandabackup user.
Login as root
# echo amandabackup >> /etc/cron.allow
