How to save SSO configuration after "OIDC auth method enable failed" error
Purpose:
To guide users on how to successfully save SSO configurations when encountering the "OIDC auth method enable failed" error.
Solution:
Choose a unique name:
-
Instead of reusing the same name that caused the error, select a different, unique name for the SSO configuration.
-
Avoid common names or those used for other configurations.
Example: If "Auth0" failed, try "Auth0-New" or "Auth0-Jan2024".
More Information:
Refer to the SSO (Single Sign-On) Configuration for DR document for essential steps.
