How to Purchase Licenses for Zmanda Endpoint Backup

You can purchase licenses through the Zmanda Sentinel. If additional users are added to the organization after buying the subscription, you can purchase the required licenses later as well.

The below steps can help you purchase more licenses without upgrading your cloud storage.

Step 1. Sign in to your Zmanda Sentinel account and click on Products on the left side navigation bar.

Step 2. Click on the 3 dots next to the plan you want to add a license for and select Add license option.

Step 3. Add the number of licenses you want in the box next to Total licenses. For example, if you already have 50 licenses and need 2 more licenses, add 52 in the Total licenses box.

Step 4. Once done, click Buy now.


Step 5. Check the Order summary box and make changes if required.

By default, the existing payment method is selected. If you wish to add another payment method, you can do so by clicking on Select payment method.

Once everything is done, click Pay now button.


Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
