You can cancel your Zmanda Endpoint Backup subscription at any point in time.
To cancel your current subscription, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to Zmanda Sentinel and navigate to the Products section from the left panel.
Step 2. Click on the 3 dots next to your current subscription and select Cancel subscription.
Step 3. Now, tick the checkbox to confirm the operation and click the Cancel subscription button.
The confirmation of the cancellation will be displayed as shown below.
Remove Pending Cancellation
If you wish to keep the subscription after canceling it, you can remove the pending cancellation before your billing cycle.
Step 1. Click the information icon next to the subscription that was altered.
Step 2. Click the Remove pending cancellation button.
Step 3. Click the Remove pending cancellation button to confirm the operation.
Step 4. Once the pending cancellation is removed, you will see the confirmation about the same on your screen.
