You receive this message because Amanda Enterprise Edition could not read the license file due to some error condition. Please contact Zmanda Support for further troubleshooting assistance.
Before contacting support check the following:
- It may happen that the file may be incompletely downloaded from network. Check if the the license file ( /etc/zmanda/zmanda_license) is not damaged.
- License file permissions should be 644 and owner should be "root"
- Check if your Amanda license has not expired
- Check if "locale" is configured to en_US.UTF-8 (US English, UTF-8 Character set)
